Last revised April 19, 2023

This Privacy Policy details the methods by which GoGive Pty Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us" or "our"), the owner and operator of various online interfaces and properties such as websites and plugins, collects, utilises, and distributes information obtained through such platforms, including the website gogive.com.au (collectively referred to as the "Site"). The Site serves two primary functions: (a) as an online fundraising platform that allows charities and other entities ("Fundraisers") to solicit and collect donations from Site visitors ("Donors") to support their mission or organisation, and (b) providing supporting services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). GoGive Pty Ltd. merely supplies the technology to facilitate the connection between Fundraisers and Donors, without participating in their fundraising activities or any interactions between them via the Services.

By accessing the Site or utilising the Services, you are agreeing to our data collection, storage, use, and disclosure policies for personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to these terms, you must discontinue using the Site immediately.
